Steps to view the ID used by your customer to complete a transaction on the Proof platform.
⚠️ This feature is on by default for all organizations. If you want to suppress the ability for your employees to view your customer's IDs, please contact Support or your CSM to disable this feature.

Steps
Log in to your Proof account to complete the steps below.
- Click My closings from the navigation panel on the left:
- If you don't see the panel, click the caret to expand it.
- At the top of the All Transactions page, click the All statuses dropdown and check the box to select All completed.
- Click on your transaction to open the Transaction Details window:
- Review View Your Team's Transactions for instructions on searching and filtering, if needed.
- Click at the top of the window to view that customer's information, including the photo ID they used for the transaction. (The front and back of the ID will be visible.)
ℹ️ Download the image to your computer by right-clicking on the ID and selecting Save as.
