Sign Now allows each signer to place all signatures, initials, and dates in the document simultaneously. Sign Now is sometimes referred to as "batch signing."

What to expect
- Sign Ahead is only available for real estate transactions.
- You must fill in all text fields on documents that require information other than a signature, initial, or date signed
- If this is your first time using Proof, you'll be prompted to create a signature.
- If you previously applied a signature, you'll be able to reuse your signature and initials.
Use Sign Now
Here's how to use Sign Now to apply all your signatures, initials, and dates simultaneously for your document.
- Click Sign Now in the top right corner of your meeting.
- Review the terms and click Accept and sign if you agree.
- Select the radio button next to the signature style of your choice.
- You can also click Draw it if you'd like to draw your own signature.
- You can also click Draw it if you'd like to draw your own signature.
- Click Create and apply.
- Select the radio button next to the initials style of your choice.
- You can also click Draw it if you'd like to draw your own initials.
- You can also click Draw it if you'd like to draw your own initials.
- Click Create and apply.
- Click Next document to proceed.
