Notaries are available 24/7/365 to notarize documents, including online closings for real estate transactions.
Customer and technical support
Proof Customer Support is available to assist all customers via email at support@proof.com and chat using the chat bubble in the lower right corner of any page in the Help Center during our regular hours of operation:
- Monday – Friday: 8 am – 10 pm ET
- Saturday & Sunday: 8 am – 7 pm ET
Subscribers with phone support included in their tier can contact Customer Support during the same hours as email and chat support.
Notary Onboarding team
The Notary Onboarding team processes profile reviews during the hours below.

Closing Operations team
Closing Concierge processes documents for orders placed via the Proof platform. These services are available during the following hours:
