eClosing

eClosing connects your client with a notary via live video chat while they electronically sign their documents and have their closing package notarized. The entire closing process is completed fully online. eClosings include eSigning and Remote Online Notarization (RON). 

The Proof platform immediately determines the property's eligibility for online closing as the property address is provided. If online closing is unavailable, check with your underwriter and/or county recorder for more information.

Hybrid closing

A Hybrid closing allows for certain documents to be eSigned using Proof. Documents that require notarization are to be completed with a traditional, in-person notary.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

A standard Remote Online Notarization (RON) is for one-off document scenarios, such as completing a Power of Attorney or a Deed.
