Overview
Here's how to access and download documents after your transaction is complete.
Once your signer successfully completes a video meeting with a notary, the account Admin and sender of the transaction are automatically notified by email that the notarized documents are ready for download.

Steps
Log in to your Proof account to complete the steps below.
- Click Send & manage from the navigation panel on the left:
- If you don't see the panel, click the caret to expand it.
- Filter the transactions by clicking the Statuses dropdown and selecting Completed:
- Review Search for a Transaction for instructions on searching and filtering transactions.
- Click the transaction to open the Transaction details.
- Select the Document from the top of the page.
- Download the entire completed document package: Click button in the bottom right corner.
- Download an individual file: Click the document name to open it, then select in the bottom right corner.
