Overview
Transactions on the Proof platform are simple to complete. All you need is access to a computer, a smartphone, or another mobile device. Your device must include a video camera and audio capabilities (sound and microphone access). You also need a strong internet connection.

Internet Connection Speed
Internet access through an internet service provider is a broadband connection sufficient to support a live, real-time audio-video connection. We recommend a hardwired setup, but Wi-Fi will also work.
Ideal speeds for optimal meeting success are:
Ping: <30ms
Upload: 5mBit
Download: 20mB

Document Reader
To access the digital certificate logically attached to your notarized record, you will need Acrobat Reader, Acrobat Standard, or Acrobat Professional with JavaScript and browser display enabled.
