Add a new notary to your Adobe Sign account. Only Admins and Owners can add notaries within the Proof platform.
Follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account at app.proof.com
- Select Users from the menu on the left.
- If you don't see the menu, click the arrow towards the upper left to expand it.
- Click the button.
- Type the new notary's information in the pop-up window that appears.
- Role: Choose Team Member from the dropdown.
- Click the radio button next to Yes to indicate that this person will notarize documents.
- Select the state in which the notary is commissioned and the languages in which the notary is fluent.
- Select the button.
- The notary will receive an email at the address provided.
