Overview
If your account is new or you want to change your name, shared email address, operating states, or underwriters, this article will explain how to access those settings.

Steps
- Log in to your Proof account.
- Click ⚙️ Settings from the navigation panel on the left.
- Click Organization Settings from the Settings menu
Overview tab
Provide the name and address of your organization
ClickShared Inbox tab
Add a shared email address for your Company (optional). Clickℹ️ The email address used to create the account will be designated as the Account Owner email and will receive all completed transactions sent from your account. Keep this in mind if you update this email address.Eligibility tab
Operating States: Add the states your company operates in and click
Title Underwriters: Add any underwriters you work with and Clickℹ️ If an underwriter is not added to the list, they will not be available for selection when creating a transaction.)
Add Your Logo & Header
- Click the arrow next to Brand Customization from the Settings menu to expand your options and click Brand Settings:
- You'll land on the Logo & header tab by default
- Click to open the file selector and select your file.

- Scroll down to the Co-branded header box and click
