Here are links for instructions to enable your camera and microphone on different browsers when using a laptop or desktop computer. Proof is supported in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge browsers.
When you sign a document in front of a notary on the Proof platform, your video and audio must be routed and recorded through Proof for legal reasons. Usually, browsers request permission to use the camera and microphone when the Proof platform checks your device for a functional camera and microphone.
