You can adjust which documents can be viewed to protect the privacy of your signers when there are multiple signers on one transaction using the Document Visibility setting for your account.
Once turned on, the Document Visibility setting is applied to all of your transactions involving more than one signer; it cannot be adjusted on individual transactions.
As the sender, you can see the entire document package.
Who this is for
Any user in your organization who can create and send transactions can perform the steps below.

What signers see
Each signer will only be able to see the documents they must sign or interact with before, during, and after the meeting. Their final document package will only include the documents they signed.
If the document does not have any requirements for signers to complete, all signers will be able to see the document unless it is specifically hidden from signers.
