Proof provides organizations two methods to remind your signers about transactions.

  1. Automatic email reminders are sent at the cadence below for organizations.
  2. Manual reminders can be sent at any time and a personal notes can be added.

Who this is for

This content is for users who have a Proof account associated with a business organization.

Automatic reminders

Automated email reminders are ON at the account level. 

Each automatic reminder is emailed a maximum of one time at the cadence below:

Transaction Status Email Sent
Sent but not open After 6 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours
Opened but not completed After 6 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours
Completed Immediately

Signers can unsubscribe from these emails using the link at the bottom of each email.

Automated reminders cannot be customized, but manual reminders can be; see below.
