The information and/or process below is for all users who can join or have completed a meeting.
Document error
If you receive a document from an organization and you find a mistake or have a question about what you're signing, check with the person from the organization who sent you the document. For example, if you're involved in a real estate transaction, check with your lender or title agent.
If you're not sure who to contact, the name of the company is in the email that contains the link to your documents, and available contact information is displayed in the panel to the left of your document in the Proof platform.
Proof provides the platform to perform the notarization, but our team cannot answer document-specific questions.
