If you are experiencing audio issues during a meeting, you may use your phone to dial in instead of your computer audio.

Who this is for

This content is for all users who will join or have already completed a meeting.

How it works

Participants must be connected to audio and video through the Proof platform for the duration of the meeting. Audio connections through a separate app are not acceptable.

  • The computer microphone automatically mutes when the signer uses phone audio.
  • The phone call automatically ends upon meeting termination/completion.

International phone numbers

The platform is currently not accepting international (outside the United States) dial-ins. If a participant does not have a U.S. phone number, they should use the mobile app.
