To become an on-demand notary (ODN) in the Notarize Network, you must be commissioned in the state where you live, and your state must allow online notarization.
Currently, the Proof platform is live for on-demand notaries (ODNs) in the following states:
- Florida
- Nevada
- Pennsylvania
- Texas
- Virginia
We're adding new states to the Proof platform as quickly as possible.
