Doc Visibility functionality can accommodate Wet Sign documents in Hybrid transactions.

How does this work?
Add tags to both eSign and Wet Sign documents for visibility:
- If you use Document Auto-Tag/Templates, both eSign and Wet Sign documents are automatically tagged.
Wet Sign documents are indicated in red letters. Select the documents to send to the signers, then click .
Signer experience
Tags placed on Wet Sign documents appear grayed out and are for review only:
- Only signers with flags placed for them on Wet Sign documents can view those documents during the Sign Ahead process. The other signers won't be able to see them.
- Documents with no flags are visible to all signers during and after the Sign Ahead period.
Title Agent experience
After the eSign portion of the closing, the Title Agent receives an email notification that the digital portion of their closing is complete:
- Title Agents can now review all the documents and print the blank wet-sign documents that signers will sign at the in-person meeting.
How to enable Hybrid Doc Visibility
This feature must be enabled by Proof. Please contact Customer Support at support@proof.com to request this feature for your account. If you were assigned a Customer Success Manager (CSM), work with your CSM.
