You can easily delete multiple transaction drafts from your account. Follow the instructions below to learn how to delete more than one transaction at a time.
Who can do this
Any user in your organization with an owner, admin, team member, and sender role can perform the action below.
How it works
- Transactions can only be deleted in bulk if they are in Draft status.
- If transactions in another status have been selected, the Delete option will be grayed out.
- Deleted drafts cannot be recovered.
Delete multiple transactions at once
Log in to your Proof account to complete the steps below.
- Click Send & manage (or My closings) from the navigation panel on the left.
- If you don't see the panel, click the caret to expand it.
- Use search and filtering to find the transactions you'd like to delete.
- Check the box at the top to select all drafts, or check the boxes next to the specific transaction drafts you want to delete.
- Click Delete from the gray box that appears above the list of transactions.
- Click Delete again in the "Are you sure?" warning to confirm.
