Overview
Your signers can complete transactions using the web browser on their mobile phones. This is convenient if your signer can't access a computer or doesn't want to download the app.
Signers
Signers can complete the same actions on their phone as they can on a computer or app; this includes uploading their own transactions and adding notes. They can add, move, and delete notations. They can also fill out fields and take action on flags.
Witnesses
Credible Identifying Witnesses and Remote Witnesses can use a mobile device to join meetings! These witnesses can choose to use a computer, but they have the freedom to join and participate in meetings from anywhere, all from the phone in their pocket!
🎯Primary Audience: Proof for Business
Mobile Web for Signers
After they receive an email notification from you, your signer proceeds to complete the transaction as they would in the app or on a computer.
Signers can pin a video feed
Signers in the notary meeting using mobile web can tap the pin icon to pin a video feed. When using Proof via our web browser on a mobile device, there's two video feeds for signers:
- A video feed of the signer (signers see themselves)
- A video feed that updates to display whoever is currently speaking (a notary or other signers on the call that are on different devices)
Pinning a video allows the signer to continue seeing the current speaker instead of having the video feed switch between speakers. For example, if the signer wants to continue to see the notary rather than other signers on the call, they can pin the notary's video feed by tapping the pin icon on the video or the icon in the In-meeting participants screen.
Annotations (Notations)
Signers can annotate or note the account using mobile web as long as:
- Your business setting "Allow_signer_ annotations" = true
- The document(s) must have "Signer can annotate" toggled On
When signers can annotate is turned on, they can add, move, and delete notations. They can also fill in fields and take action on flags set for them by your company.

Bluetooth Restriction
If a signer wants to change a connected Bluetooth headset during a meeting (after they’ve already gone through a tech check), they must update their device settings. After they've selected a different Bluetooth device from their mobile device settings, they can select the newly connected Bluetooth headset in the meeting.
