Set activation/expiration window on Business Initiated Transactions
What is this?
This feature provides a “signing window” section on the Create Transaction screen for notarization and eSign transactions. Organizations have the option to add an activation date and expiration date when setting up transactions. When dates are added, that document is only available for signing within that specific date range.
Who does this impact?

- Transaction Types: Business Initiated Notarizations & eSign

Credential Analysis Response Routing
What is this?
This feature pops messaging when a signer fails Credential Analysis to help them understand why they failed and to route them to take their next step. Previously, signers were informed that they failed but not why they failed.
Scenarios:
- If a signer fails Credential Analysis due to potential fraud, they leave the signer flow and are brought back to the signer dashboard.
- If a signer fails Credential Analysis due to image quality, they’re told to re-take the image.
- If a signer fails Credential Analysis because the information they provided during Knowledge Based Authentication (KBA) doesn't match their ID (name and DOB), they’re informed there was a mismatch, and they're brought back to KBA to input the correct information that matches their ID.
Who is impacted?
- Availability: iOS app (This feature already exists on the Web and the Andriod App)
- Transaction Types: All transaction types
