Signer Failed KBA
What is this?
Provides real-time notification to the Title Agent initiating a RON meeting to know if the signer/borrower cannot complete KBA successfully. Informs Lenders if there is a KBA fail, as well. Notifications are sent via email to both:
- The Title Agent (if they were added to a transaction by a Lender or if they initiated it)
- The Lender user who initiated the transaction (if it is a Lender-initiated transaction)
Note: This is the General Availability (GA) release for the Signer Failed KBA feature, which was previously part of a limited release.

Mobile Web - Multiple signer video feeds
What is this?
As part of our release of Mobile Web to all business customers, we added multiple video feeds during the meeting so we can support Concurrent Signing transactions. When a signer joins a Concurrent Signing meeting using Mobile Web, there will be 2 video feeds - 1 of themselves and 1 of the active speaker. The active speaker video feed will swap the video feed to whoever is currently speaking (notary, other signers on the call, etc.).
Who is impacted by this?
- Availability: Business signers
- Transaction Types: Business initiated concurrent signing transactions completed on mobile web (any business with concurrent_signing turned On for a multi-signer transaction).
