Sign Ahead allows a signer to complete and sign documents that do not require notarization before connecting to a notary.
Note: Currently, Sign Ahead is only available for Real Estate transactions.
How Does It Work?
- The Title Agent or Lender determines which documents can be completed beforehand, and the documents are sent to the signer to complete.
- The signer signs the documents that do not require notarization.
- The platform displays the number of signatures needed from the signer before the meeting.
Note: Documents that require notarization must always be completed during the session.
