We are constantly working to improve your Notarize experience. We centered this release on enhancements and fixes to the Real Estate and Business portals. Here are some highlights of what’s changed.
These changes were deployed to our Fairfax environment on August 23, 2022, and are due to be released to our production environment on September 7, 2022.
Enhancements
Link from Send + Manage to Notarize Academy
Added a link to Notarize Academy on the Send + Manage page, so users have easy access to training videos (ENT-3807)

Signers can upload DOCX
Added copy that signers can upload DOCX as a file format on Easylink signer landing page and made some UI updates, so the page scales down on mobile web (ENT-3709)

Users can disable splitting & tagging
Added a setting for users to disable splitting and tagging on documents uploaded via the UI (DAS-614)

Enhanced "Create account" copy for Signers
Updated the copy on the “Create account” modal to make it easier for Signers to understand what we’re asking them to do (SE-2496)

Fixes
Fixed Concurrent Signing Pen Holder Issue
Fixed an issue on concurrent signing transactions where if the notary switched which signer had the pen, the signer was brought back up to page 1 in their document package (SE-1182)
