Real Estate transactions created in the Title or Lender portal can be recalled to allow the sender to make adjustments and updates. When a Title Agency or Lender recalls a transaction, it returns the transaction to a Draft.
A Real Estate transaction can be recalled from the following statuses:
- Order Placed
- Sent
- Received
- Viewed
Transaction Actions
Recall returns the transaction to a Draft. You can recall a Real Estate transaction to edit before sending it back to your borrower/seller. (Available for Real Estate transactions only.)
Cancel is only available for transactions that have been sent but not completed. After cancel is used, the transaction is no longer accessible (to you or the signer). A new transaction must be created.
Delete is only available for transactions in Draft status. Use delete when you want to remove transactions in bulk. To delete an individual transaction, select Cancel.
