Template matching allows the Proof platform to match existing templates to documents that are uploaded via EasyLink or API.
If your signer uploads a document via your EasyLink, the system will check your templates for a match.
- If an exact match is found: Tags are automatically placed on the document, and a message confirms how many signer and notary fields were placed.
- If no template match is found: No fields are applied, and a message indicates no matching template was found.
