Access Notary Articles in the Help Center

Audience: All Notaries

The short answer: Your Help Center account is created automatically within 24 hours of joining Proof as a notary. Your Proof username carries over — you just need to set a password before your first login. Once signed in, you'll have access to notary-specific articles that aren't visible to the public.

1. Log In for the First Time

Follow these steps to set your password and sign in:

  1. Select Sign In at the upper right corner of the screen.
  2. In the Sign in to Proof modal, select Forgot password?
  3. Enter the email address associated with your Proof notary profile.
  4. Select Submit and follow the instructions in the Create a password for Proof email sent to you from support@notarizesupporthelp.zendesk.com.
