Audience: Organizations

The short answer: The Identities Dashboard lets you view your individual customers rather than individual transactions — giving you a consolidated view of each person's activity, identity, and risk profile on the Proof platform.

This feature is available to all organizations on the Premium tier or higher. Any user in an organization with this feature enabled can access it. To add the Identities Dashboard to your account, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or contact Sales.


The standard Identities Dashboard

The standard Identities Dashboard groups all transactions with each individual user and provides information about their interactions with your transactions on the Proof platform.

The Identities Dashboard shows a list of your customers, including:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • When they were last active
  • How many transactions are associated with their account

When you open an individual's record, you can see their:

  • Proof account ID number
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Mailing address
  • Transaction history with the transaction ID and type
  • Transaction count

The Identities Dashboard with Defend

If you have Proof Defend, the dashboard and individual view provide additional fraud risk information.

The dashboard shows an additional column indicating each individual's risk score.

The individual view shows everything listed above, plus the person's:

  • IAL2-verified badge (if applicable): Appearing as a checkmark next to a user's name. Indicates that a recipient has completed IAL2 identity verification on the Proof network.
  • Identification (ID)
  • Selfie, if available
  • Risk score
  • Account age

How to use the Identities Dashboard

To use the Identities Dashboard, follow these steps. The screenshots below may look different from your account depending on whether you have Defend activated.

Log in to your Proof account to complete the steps below.

  1. Select Identities from the menu on the left to view the list of customers.

  2. Use the search bar at the top or filters to find the individual you'd like to view.
  3. Select a row to open the details for that person.

On the individual's page you can also:

  • Select View on the right to view details of each transaction.
  • Use your browser's back button to return to the previous page.

Defend users have an additional action available:

  • Use the arrows beneath the credential viewer to browse the most recent image captures of ID and selfie, if available.

Summary Checklist

  • Your organization is on a Premium or higher tier with Identities Dashboard enabled.
  • Select Identities from the left nav, then search or filter to find a customer.
  • Select a row to open their full record including transaction history and contact details.
  • With Proof Defend, you also see risk score, selfie, ID, account age, and can browse ID captures.
