The short answer: Use Command Center's brand profiles to set a consistent experience for your recipients across all of your organizations and lines of business. Create a single brand profile and apply it to all of your organizations, or create multiple and assign each organization its own profile.
Any Command Center user with owner or admin access has access to all brand profiles, making it easier for your team to manage brand settings.
How it works
Brand profiles ensure branding elements are consistent across your organizations. You can configure any of the following:
- Brand name
- Logo
- Header style for signer landing pages*
- Colors for links, buttons, and other interactive elements
- Custom text on signer landing pages
*The header style can only be changed if a logo is uploaded.
Once a brand profile is applied to organizations in your company directory, the settings will not be editable except by the Command Center owner and admins. New organizations added to your directory will not have a brand profile selected and will maintain brand settings at the organization level until a profile is applied.
Create a brand profile
New to Command Center? Here's how to access it.
- Select Brands from the menu on the left.

-
Type the name for the profile. This is internal only.
- Select Next step.
- Type the brand name you'd like to display to customers.
- Select Upload logo under Logo to upload your logo file for the co-branded header.
-

- Select Next step.
- Change the theme, button, and link colors using HEX codes, if desired.
- Select Next step.
-
Add a title and text to custom recipient welcome pages for each transaction type, if desired.
- Select Save brand profile when finished.
- Select the desired option from the pop-up window:
- Skip for now — Does not apply the new brand to any organizations. Manually apply the brand profile any time.
- Apply to all organizations (#) — Applies to all organizations in your company and overrides any existing branding.
-
Apply to all without a brand profile (#) — Applies to any organization that does not already have a brand profile selected.
- Select Finish.
Once you've created the brand profile, you must apply it to your organizations for it to take effect, unless you applied it during setup.
