Summary: Fix for Defend transactions

Fixes
The Defend model logic utilizes features around Device Risk; however, the device data was not being sent over to the vendor due to lack of SDK key configuration. This fix will configure the SDK so that the device data is transmitted, allowing the model to improve precision from the additional data (DFND-141).
