Video background update
We’ve removed the option to use a full black background for notary meetings as it has been causing performance issues (NX-5717). Notaries who have a chosen black background are receiving a notice to select a different option; if the setting is not changed by July 21st, the setting will automatically change to a full blur background.

New completion statuses for Identify transactions
We are introducing two new completion statuses for Identify transactions to provide additional clarity. When a recipient completes their Identify transaction, the business will now see one of two statuses; either “Complete - Passed IDV” or “Complete - Failed IDV” (RX-1622).
