Enhancements 

Improved Identity tab and Identity Report

We've enhanced the Identity tab and Identity Report to include specific reasons why a recipient may have failed credential analysis. This provides customers with clearer insights to help guide recipients to successfully complete the process (DFND-368).

  • User roles: Any user with access to the Identity timeline or report
  • Availability: On by default
  • Release stage: General availability
  • Transaction types: Applies to all future transactions that utilize credential analysis 

Downloadable Identity Report

Customers now have the ability to download the Identity Report directly from the Transactions (formerly Send & mange) page without going into each individual transaction to find the report (DFND-429). 

  • Audience: General release in the portal
  • User roles: Any user with access to the Identity report
  • Availability: On by default
  • Release stage: GA
  • Transaction types: Applies to all transactions that utilize credential analysis 

Sign Ahead

Proof now supports Sign Ahead, allowing signers to eSign documents ahead of the notary meeting. This will apply to any documents not marked as "requires meeting" (BIZ-1927).

Prevent self-managed transactions

Restrict your domain users from creating their own, self-managed transactions (ETX-3259).

  • Availability: Available to all organizations with Command Center
  • Release stage: General availability

Better protection from outages

We’re enhancing the reliability of our video experience by scaling a second WebRTC provider. This means your sessions will have stronger protection against potential outages and greater scalability as usage grows. Proof will manage the rollout and keep you informed along the way. Our team will share proactive communications if there are any changes that affect your experience (NX-5566).

Notaries can resize all annotations on documents

Notaries can now resize all annotations to better suit the space on the document and ensure compliance of the completed document (NX-2855).

Fixes 

Fixed a bug where users weren’t able to navigate between pages in the Company Directory view in Command Center (ETX-3390).
