The short answer: Here's how to download a detailed identity report about your recipients. This content is for customers with Defend enabled who have the owner, admin, or fraud role.

How it works
The identity report includes detailed information about the recipient, such as:
- Recipient's name
- User ID number
- Contact information
- Email and phone risk signals
- Results of identity verification
- Identity timeline for the transaction
- IP address information
Download the identity report
- Select Transactions from the navigation menu on the left.
- Find the transaction for which you'd like to download the report.
- Select the 3 vertical dots icon to open the menu.

Select Download identity report.
The report opens in a new window.
- Use your browser's download function to save the report.
