More info in CC contact emails

We’ve updated our CC contact email to include a file number and/or loan number if included in the transaction (BIZ-8681).

  • Audience: Title and lender
  • Availability: Default change
  • Release Stage: General availability
  • Transaction types: Future sent/completed transactions

Notary alerts

We’ve expanded and improved our existing notary alerting system so notaries can reliably discover available opportunities when demand is high. Offline alerts introduces support for the on-demand queue, adds SMS as a new notification channel, and provides a new preferences UI where notaries can set their own alert schedule and channels. Existing notaries who were previously opted in to offline communications will be migrated with default settings (emails, 6am–10pm local). Panel-level alerting configurations are enabled between the organization administrators and Proof customer success team members.

To fully benefit from this update, most notaries will need to review and update their alert settings (NX-5580).

  • Audience: On-demand notaries, custom enterprise panel notaries, trusted referees
  • Availability: Opt-in for notaries
  • Release stage: General availability
  • Transaction types: Future

Refreshed identity flow

The identity confirmation screen will now include a new illustration/animation and refreshed typography to create a more modern, clear, and consistent experience within the identity flow (DSP-625).

  • Audience: Any user completing the identity verification flow across supported customer portals.
  • Availability: Default change
  • Release stage: General availability

Fixes

We updated our API documentation to accurately reflect expected outcomes. All REST API response models that include a document object show the identifier as id. All webhook payload models that embed a document object show the identifier as document_id. (BIZ-8724)

  • Audience: Customers with access to API
  • User roles: Users who have access to API
  • Availability: Default change
  • Transaction types: Future transactions
