Export Cost Centers from Command Center

The short answer: Here's how to export your organization's cost centers from Command Center as a CSV file. Use this to reconcile Proof cost centers with your internal accounting records.

What's included in the export

All cost centers are exported. The CSV includes the following fields:

  • shown_to_senders — true if senders can see this cost center when creating transactions; false if not
  • sender_display_name — the name senders see when selecting a cost center
  • internal_id — the cost center ID number

New to Command Center? Here's how to access it.

  1. Select Cost centers from the navigation menu on the left.
  2. Select the Export button in the upper right corner.

The CSV file downloads to your local device.

Summary Checklist

  • Cost centers → Export → CSV saved to your device. All cost centers are included.
