Enhancements

Use enforced required fields with split signing

We’ve enhanced the Enforced required fields feature to support split-signing scenarios. Previously, Enforce required fields did not allow notaries to edit or remove any fields marked as enforced-required. With this enhancement, extra notary fields can now be removed by notaries in the case where notary fields exist for signers that are not present in the meeting (BIZ-9037).

  • Audience: Business, title, lender customers who prepare documents prior to sending to signers
  • Availability: Opt-in setting, contact your Customer Success Manager or Customer Support
  • Release stage: General availability
  • Transaction types: Future transactions

Transaction name added to Transactions list

We now display a Transaction name column and search behavior in the Transactions dashboard, making it easier to locate transactions in Proof.

  • Audience: Business
  • User roles: Any user with access to transactions
  • Availability: Default change
  • Release stage: General availability

Fixes

English is default for onboarding notaries

English language will now be pre-selected as a fluency for an onboarding notary to ensure notaries understand they will be servicing English language calls while in the on-demand network (NX-6496).

  • Audience: All notaries (NST, ODN, IHN)
  • Availability: Default
