Proof is introducing real-time deepfake detection for notary meetings, alerting notaries when a potential deepfake attempt is identified during a signing session and prompting them to take a deeper look. This helps Defend customers reduce fraud losses as real-time deepfake threats continue to rise (DFND-964).
- Audience: Available to all Defend customers using closings or notary meetings, across all industries
- User roles: Notaries and Defend customers
- Availability: Opt-in — enabled via LD flags by a CSM, rolling out in phases.
- Release stage: Limited Availability with full general availability by end of March
- Transaction types: Applies to future transactions only, as this is a live meeting analysis feature
