New User Experience for Organizations
We introduced a new user experience for selecting transactions in the Proof for Business and Real Estate portals. Real Estate users will also find the eligibility checker for Close transactions (Refinance, Purchase, Home Equity, Loan Modifications, Cash Buyer, and Seller) integrated into this new design (BIZ-8950).
- Audience: Business, real estate, and NST users
- User roles: All users with access to send transactions
- Availability: Default on for all eligible users; enabled by Product/Engineering with no opt-in or opt-out required.
- Release stage: General availability
- Transaction types: All draft and future transactions
Upload Secondary Non-Government ID
Signers who need to add a secondary non-government form of identification will now be able to upload a file or capture of a photo of the document (RX-2891).
- Audience: Available to all signers completing a RON who need to add a secondary ID (e.g. PS1583 customers)
- Availability: Default change for all RON secondary ID capture workflows
- Release Stage: General availability
- Transaction Types: Future transactions
