Enhancements

Self-Serve Defend Trial Now Available

Eligible existing customers can now activate a free 30-day Defend trial directly from the portal, gaining immediate access to fraud detection and deepfake identification on live transactions — no sales-assisted setup required. At the end of the trial, customers can convert to a paid plan through an in-product flow.

Eligible customers will see a "Try Defend" banner on the dashboard and can self-activate in-product. Applies to future transactions only — Defend scoring and deepfake detection run on transactions processed during the active trial period.

Refinance and Home Purchase Transactions Now Available in the Title Portal

Title agents can now initiate Title-only Refinance and Home Purchase transactions directly from the Title portal UI, in addition to the existing Real Estate API. These transaction types follow existing Title workflows. eNotes are not supported.

Fixes

Correct Verification Badges Now Displayed on Completed Verify Transactions

Users viewing a completed Verify transaction will now see the correct verification badges on the "Verification methods" card in the Summary tab.

Meetings Tab Now Appears Immediately for Verify Agents

Users assigned as a Verify Agent will now see the Meetings tab appear immediately in the side navigation, without needing to manually refresh the page.

Witnesses in ODN Sequential Signing Transactions Can Now Sign Across Separate Meetings

Witnesses in ODN transactions using sequential signing can now complete their signature designations across separate meetings, regardless of the order in which witnesses sign. Previously, the second witness was unable to sign after the first had already completed their designation in a separate meeting.

Proof Pulse Dashboard Statistics Now Display with Proper Comma Formatting

Notaries with high transaction volumes will now see their Proof Pulse dashboard statistics formatted with commas (e.g., "45,293" instead of "45293").
