If you are using a browser on your mobile device to access the Proof platform and you're having trouble getting your camera to work, read this article for instructions on how to troubleshoot what might be causing the issue.

Follow the steps below to allow the browser to use the device's camera during the meeting.
Phone Settings
iPhone (iOS) system settings
If you're having trouble getting your camera to work in a meeting, it's possible that your phone's system settings have been set to block the browser's usage of the camera. When this happens, the Proof platform does not ask for permission to access the camera.
- Open your Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap Privacy & Security.
- Tap Camera.
- Tap the switch next to the name of the browser you're using to give it permission to access the camera.
- Repeat the process for the Microphone if necessary.

Android system settings
If Chrome has permission to access the camera and microphone, your Android phone may have blocked access to the camera. Follow the instructions below to give the browser permission from the system settings.
- Open the Settings app on your phone.
- Tap Apps.
- Find and tap the browser you're using.
- If you can't find it, tap See all ### apps (where ### is the number of apps on your phone).
- Tap Permissions.
- Tap Camera (or Microphone).
- Tap Allow only while using the app to enable the hardware for this app.

Browser Settings
Chrome permissions
If you're having trouble using the camera during a meeting using Chrome on your Android device, it's possible Chrome doesn't have permission to use the camera or microphone. Follow the instructions below to give Chrome permission to access your hardware for the meeting.
- With the Proof site open, tap the More menu (3 vertical dots).
- Select Settings.
- Tap Site Settings.
- Tap Camera (or Microphone).
- Tap to turn the Camera on.
- If it says "Blocked" underneath Camera or Microphone (shown in the image below), follow the instructions for Android above.

Safari permissions
If you're having trouble using the camera during a meeting using Safari on your Apple device, it's possible Safari doesn't have permission to use the camera or microphone. Follow the instructions below to give Safari permission to access your hardware for the meeting.
- Tap the aA symbol in the address bar where the URL shows.
- Select Website Settings.
- Select either Ask or Allow under under Camera, Microphone, and Location.
- Tap Done in the upper right corner to save changes.
Microsoft Edge permissions
If you're having trouble using the camera during a meeting using Edge, it's possible Edge doesn't have permission to use the camera or microphone.
- Tap Allow when Edge asks permission to use the camera.
If permission has previously been denied, follow the appropriate instructions below to enable:
Apple Device (iOS)
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Edge from the list of installed apps to open the settings.
- Tap the switch next to Microphone and/or Camera so the switch is in the ON position (to the right) to enable the permissions for this app.
Android
- Open Proof.com in Microsoft Edge.
- Tap the 3 dots at the bottom of the browser.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Privacy and security.
- Tap Site settings.
- Tape Camera or Microphone from the list, then tap the switch on the page that appears.
Mozilla Firefox permissions
When prompted to allow microphone and camera permissions, tap Allow. This step is crucial for the proper functioning of these features.
If permission has previously been denied, follow the appropriate instructions in the Phone Settings section.
