Information to provide to Support

If you need help with your account or transaction, feel free to contact support. For the best experience when contacting the Support Team, be prepared with the information below to help troubleshoot the issue: 

  • The email address used to log in to Proof
  • The task you're trying to complete
  • A screenshot of any error message you encountered
  • The browser type and version you're using to access Proof
  • The device type and operating software version you're using to access Proof

Hours of operation

The Proof platform and the Notarize Network are operational 24 hours per day, every day of the year.

Our teams are available as indicated in the table below.

  1. Open the Help Center.
  2. Click Chat icon at the bottom-right of your screen.
  3. Provide your name, email, and a message.
  4. Press Start chat.

If you'd like to include a file or screenshot, follow the instructions below after you start the chat.

    1. Choose Options.
    2. Click Send a file.
    3. Select the desired file from your local device.
    4. Once uploaded, our Support Team can view the document and further assist you!
