How to add text to your document
If you need to rotate the document or page, do that before you place any fields. Jump to instructions on how to Rotate the page.
Use the tools in the panel on the right to add fields to your document.
- Click the field you'd like to place in the document.
- Move the cursor where you'd like to place the field, and click that spot.
- Repeat with other fields as desired.
⚠️ Because notarizations require a signature in the presence of a notary, the notary places signature and other required field(s) when you meet together.

Rotate the page
If you need to rotate the document after uploading:
- Click the rotate button (an arrow circling to the right).
- If you don't see the rotate button, click the X button in the upper right corner to close the primary tool bar. See the gif below for a demonstration.
