Audience: Notary-Sourced Transaction Notaries (NSTs)
The short answer: Share an existing EasyLink via URL, embedded button, QR code download, or printed PDF — all from the EasyLinks page.

1. Share an EasyLink
Log in to your Proof account to complete the steps below.
- Click Tools from the navigation menu on the left.
- Select EasyLinks from the Tools page menu.
- Click the row of the EasyLink to open the Share options.
- Choose your desired sharing method:
- URL: Click Copy URL.
- Button: Copy the code to embed a button on your website.
- QR code: Click the button to download the QR code as a .PNG or .SVG file to create your own printed materials or other formats for others to scan.
- Print: For Identify transactions only. See Print a QR Code for an Identify EasyLink.
Summary Checklist
- Navigate to Tools > EasyLinks and click the row of the link to open Share options.
- Copy the URL to paste into emails, texts, or web pages.
- Download the QR code as .PNG or .SVG for printed or digital materials.
- For Identify EasyLinks, use the Print option to generate a branded PDF with QR code.
