Notary fields are fillable and streamline the meeting. If you're tagging a document for your recipients, these fields can help the notary ensure that that document fulfills your requirements.
These fields can only be filled by the notary in the meeting.
Adding notary fields does not apply any notarial information before the meeting with the signer. It enables notaries to complete their notarial duties more efficiently during the meeting.
