The short answer: Here's how to delete a payment method from your personal account — whether you're an individual user, a notary, or a user associated with an organization.

Depending on your account type, a payment method may be required to send transactions or access documents.
Delete your credit card information
- Select your initials in the upper right corner of your account.
- Select Account information.
- Navigate to the Payment method section.

Select the trash can icon to the right of your payment.
A confirmation message appears in the upper right corner of your account and the payment method is removed.
