The short answer: Some organizations require you to confirm your phone number before you can access a transaction. You'll receive a one-time code via text message or voice call. Enter the code you received to continue.
Verify your phone number
1. Select your verification method
Select the radio button next to Text message or Phone call, then select Continue.
2. Receive your code
Check your text messages or answer the call. Your one-time code will arrive at the phone number the sender provided.
3. Enter the code
Type the code in the field provided, then select Verify.
- Didn't receive the code? Select Resend or Call again.
- Need to switch methods? Select Switch verification method.

- Choose how you want to receive your code — text message or phone call.
- Enter the code you receive and select Verify to complete phone confirmation.
- If the code doesn't arrive, select Resend, Call again, or confirm the phone number with whoever sent you the transaction.
