Select Multiple Fields
We’ve introduced multi-select capabilities to speed up document preparation. Users can now select multiple fields at once to bulk delete or move them within a page. Multi-select also works across pages, allowing users to delete or move, though fields can currently only be moved within their original page. This reduces manual effort when managing documents with many fields (BIZ-7004).

Download All Documents
We’ve updated the document download experience in the UI to make it easier to retrieve all related document files at once. All completed documents, including the audit trail, will now be downloaded automatically into a single ZIP file when clicking ‘Download All’ from the Documents tab in the UI (BIZ-5047).

Digital ID for Verify Transactions
Signers who complete IAL2 level identity verification through Proof's Verify product can now enroll in Digital ID, a reusable, persistent identity that reduces friction in future transactions. Once enrolled, a signer's verified identity is stored securely and can be recognized across Proof products and workflows, so they don't have to re-prove who they are every time (NX-6580).

Digital ID for Businesses
Sign everything with confidence and unparalleled ease. We’re excited to launch Digital ID in the Proof for business space. Digital ID is the most secure and streamlined way to transact on the Proof network. Once users complete IAL2-level verification through any Proof product, they will have the option to enroll in a reusable Digital ID—their verified identity card for the Proof network, which can be used to sign across all Proof products. Every transaction tied to a Digital ID is secured and activated by a simple biometric authentication, making the user’s experience faster and more secure than ever before (RX-2270, RX-1725 and RX-2797).
