Audience: Organizations

The short answer: Your signers can save their verified identity on Proof after completing 4 IAL2-compliant transactions, reducing future transactions to multi-factor authentication and a quick selfie instead of the full identity verification process.

Save Your Signers Time on Every Transaction

When a signer saves their identity on Proof, their verified credentials are stored so they can skip the full verification process in future transactions. Instead of completing credential analysis and selfie comparison each time, they verify with multi-factor authentication and a selfie.

Request Proof Digital ID for Your Org

Proof Digital ID is not enabled by default. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to add it to your organization's account.

Signers Opt In

Once the feature is enabled, signers become eligible to save their identity after completing 4 IAL2-compliant transactions on Proof. After completing their 4th transaction, signers are prompted to save their identity. Proof confirms their IAL2 verification before a Proof Digital ID card is added to their account.

Signers Use Digital ID for Future Transactions

For each new transaction, signers verify their identity using multi-factor authentication and a selfie instead of going through the full IAL2 process again.
