Enhancements
Device-Level Signals Now Visible in the Defend Risk Tab
Defend customers can now view device-level signals directly in the Risk tab for any transaction, including device fingerprint, environment details, and risk indicators such as VPN usage, unusual hardware configurations, or mismatched device settings. This makes it possible to spot suspicious device patterns and investigate fraud cases without leaving the portal.

Business Verification and New Certify Transaction Type
Business Pro+ and Business/Real Estate Premium customers can now verify their organization through a self-serve process, earning a verified badge displayed across all transactions to signers. Verified businesses also unlock a new Certify transaction type, allowing them to officially stamp documents that don't require signatures — such as invoices — with their verified business identity. Recipients can trace document authenticity back to the business via Proof.
