The short answer: Who you contact depends on the type of error. Mistakes in the document content go back to the sender; errors during the notarization itself come to Proof Support.
π Notarization Error
Missing seal, signature, date, or initials β contact Proof Support.
π Document Content Error
Wrong info, terms, or document version β contact the sender.
