Notarization Errors

Notarize Network notaries are highly trained and follow strict procedures. If you notice any of the following issues with your final document, we can help:

Missing notary signature
Missing or incorrect dates
Missing signatures or initials

Who to contact: Submit a request to Proof Support and our team will assist you.


Document Content Errors

If the error is in the document itself, not the notarization, such as:

Issue
Incorrect personal information (name, address, etc.)
Incorrect terms or conditions
Wrong version of document

Who to contact: Reach out to the person from the organization who sent you the document. For example, if you're in a real estate transaction, contact your lender or title agent.
