The short answer: Here's a list of required and recommended hardware, software, and internet specifications to perform notarizations on the Proof platform.
Required items

Personal computer with:
- Windows 10 or newer, Mac OS X Leopard or newer, or Google Chromebook
- 4GB RAM minimum
- Intel Core i5 or better
- Adobe Acrobat Reader

- Ping: Less than 30ms
- Upload: 5mBit
- Download: 20mB

Web browser
- Proof must be used with the latest version of Google Chrome with cookies enabled.
- Ad-blocking software is strongly discouraged.

19-inch monitor
- At least one required, with a screen resolution of at least 1366 x 768 px.
- Two monitors are strongly recommended to efficiently balance the platform and Proof resources.
- Microphone and speakers

Webcam
- A minimum resolution of 780p is required to provide notarization services that comply with applicable notary law.
Optional peripherals
- Sound-reducing headset with microphone
- Mouse and keyboard
- Printer (if you want to print copies of electronic records)
Summary Checklist
