Audience: Organizations

The short answer: Your organization has two options for sending transactions: route them through Closing Concierge using Place Order, or send them directly to your signers. If you want the option to choose per transaction, you can request that feature for your account.

This is a paid feature and must be enabled by Proof. Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) if you have one. If not, have an owner or admin from your company contact our Sales team using an email address connected to your company's Proof account.

Send an order to Closing Concierge

When Place order is enabled, your transaction is sent to the Closing Concierge team and will follow this flow.

Skip Closing Concierge for an individual transaction

To use this option, your account must have the Per Transaction Place an Order feature enabled. An owner or admin from your organization can contact Proof Support to request this feature.

Once enabled, a checkbox appears on each transaction indicating it will be sent to Closing Concierge. The default behavior depends on your organization settings.

To skip Closing Concierge and send a transaction directly to your signers:

  1. Uncheck the Send to Proof Closing Concierge box next to the Send Transaction button.
  2. Select Send Transaction.

Summary Checklist

  • Closing Concierge is enabled — use Place order to route your transaction to the Closing Concierge team.
  • Need to bypass Closing Concierge? Request Per Transaction Place an Order from Support. When enabled, uncheck the checkbox on the transaction.
