The short answer: As a title agent on a UWM Collab transaction, you'll set up a Proof title account, upload your title documents, and submit using Place Order. If you need to make a change after submitting, you can recall the transaction yourself and resend it.

1. Set Up Your Proof Title Account
Once UWM sends the transaction to your title agency, you'll receive an email prompting you to set up a Proof title account or log in if you already have one.
- New accounts can also be created directly from the pricing page.
- Payment setup during account creation is for future platform use — it does not apply to your UWM transaction.
- Once your account is set up, you'll be able to access it and see the transaction after it's sent.
2. Upload Your Title Documents
Check your email for a link from Proof to add title documents.
- Log in to your title account — this takes you directly to the transaction.
- The transaction is already set up by UWM; your only task is to upload your title documents.
- Select Place Order at the bottom of the transaction when you're done.
3. Recalling a Transaction
If you need to make a change after submitting, you can recall the transaction yourself.

Open Transaction actions in the top right corner of the transaction and select Recall transaction.

A confirmation dialog will ask you to explain why the transaction is being recalled. Enter your reason and select Recall.
After making your changes, select Place Order again to resubmit the transaction.
4. After You Place an Order
Once you select Place Order, the transaction is prepared by our Closing Concierge team. All signer and notary flags are added during this process. Once preparation is complete, the signer will receive a link to complete the transaction. For details on what signers can expect, see Real Estate Transactions Overview.

- Set up your Proof title account (Pro Title Plan) after receiving the UWM invitation.
- Upload your title documents and select Place Order.
- Use Recall transaction if you need to make changes, then resubmit with Place Order.
